Placing An Order
Before you can place an order, you must register your name, billing address, phone number & other important information so we can establish a file for you. Once you do this, you will never have to register again....and your checkout time on future orders will be speedier.
If your ship to address is different than your billing address, for your protection, it must be on file with the credit card issuing bank
Your credit card information will NOT be kept on file anywhere on this site, so each time your order you will be prompted for this information.
Your billing address on the credit card submitted MUST match bank records or we cannot process your order.
**Security Code - this number you may have never noticed before, but it is very important when placing a phone or online order. Most online and/or mail order merchants now require this code for processing, for it is one small added guarantee that the card is indeed in the hands of the person placing the order. Without it, we cannot process your order. Please be assured that this sensitive personal information is seen by our management only, and will be kept extremely confidential.
Any form of payment can be ordered from this site. If you want to send in a money order, call in your credit card, pay by gift certificate or by fax, just go through the entire checkout process, and you will be presented with the option to order by "Credit Card, Phone, Money Order, Gift Certificate, Or Fax". Choose your preferred method & submit the order. If you are calling in your credit card, sending in a money order or faxing your order, we will already have the order in the system & ready to proceed when payment is received.

Shipping Within USA
Shipping Methods:
Items beginning with product code "9-" are shipped direct outside the continental US including all US territories. Any other item code prefix such as "66-", "27-", "72-" must be shipped to us first, and then reshipped to its final destination. This may incur additional shipping charges beyond those shown in shopping cart.
UPS is our primary delivery service for orders within the continental US
USPS is used for APO delivery & orders shipped outside the continental USA including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, All Other US Territories & Canada.
Shipping totals in cart are estimated. Above mentioned or international destinations may or may not incur additional charges. We can only make final calculations when parcel is packed & weighed. 100% of cost is weight & distance...
** All pertinent billing & shipping information including Apartment/Suite/Floor/Bldg #'s must
be provided to insure that your order can be processed and shipped to you as soon as possible. If a full delivery address is not provided, UPS charges a address correction fee to make any adjustments to correct the delivery address. This charge must be passed onto you. Affectionately Yours & ArtStyle will incur a fee of $10.00 for shipping address changes. If order is non-deliverable due to insufficient delivery information & is returned to us, we must charge to reship your order. Ship/hand charges are non-refundable on returned, refused or canceled orders in transit.
All UPS orders over $150 require a signature....USPS orders over $50 require signature
Shipping Charges:
These Charges Are Approximate For Single Items Or Reasonable Weight Orders Within the Continental US. Orders Consisting Of Multiple Or Heavy Items May Incur Additional Charges. We Reserve The Right To Adjust Shipping/Handling Amount For Some Items Due To Weight, Distance & Timely Delivery.
Orders shipped in May, June, July, August & September consisting of or including candles must be shipped by USPS to avoid melting. This may incur a slight increase in cost over the already high cost of UPS delivery
Orders that consist of heavier items such as favor frames, glass favor/gift items, candles, etc, must be figured on an individual basis & may be higher than ship/hand charges shown in shopping cart totals. Exact amounts cannot be determined until parcel is packed and weighed. Any changes in your order total will be emailed to you so you know exactly what is transpiring with your order.
Shipping/handling charges for items shipped air can only be estimated. Once final total can be calculated, the balance or credit will be applied to your credit card, and an email will be sent to you indicating the change to your order. We cannot contact you to verify the final charges before shipping.
Larger total orders may not incur the entire 10% & will be charged less than shown accordingly.

Shipping charges shown in the cart are for UPS regular ground. We do reserve the right to upgrade to air for close need by dates. Those charges can only be determined when the parcel is packed & weighed.
Upgraded 3rd Day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air delivery is available on most items with the sound exception of custom pieces. If you desire upgraded delivery, please indicate this request on the final page of the order form under "Customer Notes"
Transit Times:
Unless other arrangements have been made...
Items in stock normally ship within 1-3 business days, and custom cake toppers normally ship in 3-5 business days. UPS transit time can take from 1-6 days. Close need by dates may require upgraded shipping such as 3 day, 2nd day or in some cases overnight. We reserve the right to upgrade shipping to guarantee timely delivery.
For out of stock or special order items, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. You will be notified by email if an item is going to take longer than this.
To provide as many choices as possible, we offer items that are shipped from other companies. Their shipping time may vary slightly. This may cause your order to arrive in multiple parts. If you have any questions about your partial delivery, please contact us and we will be delighted to help.
Sales Tax:
Orders shipped within Arizona must pay 8.6% sales tax
Alternate Shipping Address:
Due to ever increasing attempts at fraudulent use of stolen credit cards on the internet, for your protection, we will only ship to the billing address on file with the issuing bank. If you prefer another shipping address to be used, call your bank's customer service & request that they record an "alternate" shipping address for your file. We will verify this alternate shipping address before shipping out your order.
Insurance:
All orders are shipped fully insured for total value. If any item in your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so we can begin the process of replacement.
Incorrect Delivery Address:
UPS has strict rules concerning delivery addresses. Please read carefully:
1) Apartment/unit/floor/suite numbers are REQUIRED. If they are not, UPS penalizes the shipper with an "Address Correction Fee" and we must pass this onto the customer. This fee amounts to $10.00
2) Misspelled street names also incur an "Address Correction Fee". This fee amounts to $10.00
3) Air delivery "Address Correction Fee" of any kind amounts to $15.00
Unclaimed Or Refused Delivery:
Orders for general, non-custom, merchandise that are refused or unclaimed will be returned to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and charges for transit back to us may be incurred.
Custom orders are non-refundable whether or not delivery is accepted.
International Orders (Outside USA)
Shipping & Handling Charges:
100% of cost depends on weight & distance. International orders are shipped by United States Postal Service to help save you money. UPS and other couriers charge 2-3 times what an average parcel cost by the post. All orders are shipped Express delivery. USPS parcel pick up fees & a $3.00 handling fee for packaging materials must be charged....this will be included in the final shipping fees, but will not be shown on the parcel postage tag.
When calculating the cost of shipping your order, we make an educated estimate as to the final weight of the parcel. When the box is packed & weighed, we can make a final calculation. Any difference over or under that estimate will either be charged or credited to your card.
Please note items beginning with product code prefix "66-", "72-", "27-" are normally shipped direct to our customers by companies within the continental US. If your purchase consists of items normally shipped direct by these companies, there are additional shipping charges & the total shown in cart includes estimated cost of getting these items to us for reship. Actual cost including shipping to final destination can be calculated once parcel is received & weighed.
Duty Fees, Tariffs & Taxes:
Please be aware that each country's government taxes incoming merchandise. Check with your postal or customs department for information on what those charges may be.
ArtStyle/Affectionately Yours cannot be held responsible for duty fees, tariffs and/or taxes imposed on imported merchandise by your customs department. We also cannot provide what these fees will be for they vary from country to country. If you have questions, please call your local authorities for more information
Orders refused or unclaimed due to these fees are non-refundable.

All international orders are shipped by the US Postal Service & are insured for the total order amount
Orders shipped outside the USA are shipped by the United States Postal Service - Express Mail. Normal delivery time is 3-5 business days, but this time frame cannot be guaranteed due to having to pass through your country's customs department. We make every attempt to fill out customs forms properly for quick customs review.
Laws & Regulations:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to be familiar with the laws & regulations of importing merchandise. We cannot accept returns on orders due to these circumstances

Order Status
Confirmation:
If a valid email address is provided, immediately after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Be sure to proof read it carefully to prevent disappointment in the case of a wrong color or misspelled name. Report any errors to us immediately so we can make adjustments to your order in our system. Errors made during order process is the responsibility of the customer & is non-returnable if a custom made-to-order item. If non-custom, it can be exchanged. Customer is responsible for return shipping & reshipping charges of replacement.
Many email servers such as AOL, Yahoo & Hotmail have "spam" filters in their systems that filter out all that junk....but at the same time, they often discard important business mail that you may be waiting for. Unless you add our domain "artstyle-caketops.com" to your "white list, we cannot guarantee you will receive your order confirmation or any correspondence from us.
Order Tracking:
Once you have registered, you can track your order right online here on the site. You need to login with your email address & password, and you can find out the status of your order. As soon as your order ships, the status is updated. If your order is shipping from another company in another state, the status is updated as soon as we acquire the tracking information. When the status is updated, you will be sent an email informing you of the change along with any tracking information.
Inspecting Your Order:
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it for damage or error. Any shipping damages or incorrect merchandise must be reported immediately. A delay in notifying us may jeapardize our chances of
replacing said items. Any returns of NON-CUSTOM items must be received within 15 days of your receipt of said item

Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations:
Once work has begun on a custom order, it cannot be canceled. If an order is already in transit it cannot be canceled. Most orders are processed same day (except on weekends which are processed on Monday), so a cancellation must take place almost immediately after it is placed to guarantee it can be canceled.
Returns:
Non-Custom items will be accepted within 15 days from receipt only and in original condition & packaging. Original shipping charges are not subject to refund. Prior Authorization Required For All Returns
No Refunds Will Be Issued For Wedding Or Event Merchandise After Wedding Or Event Date.
Custom made to order or personalized cake tops or other items are non-returnable. These items are clearly identified as "Custom" or "Personalized" so there will be no confusion. Even if a cake top is ordered without any of the available options, it is still made to order, and cannot be returned.
Standard & Altered Hair Color On Topper Figurines Cannot Be Guaranteed To Match Exactly. Accent Ribbon & Flower Color Shades Vary From Item To Item.
Dog Breeds Are Only A Likeness. We Cannot Guarantee Identical Features To Your Pet.
Pewter is extremely soft & often "bends" during shipping. Holding one hand firmly on the base of the item & gently bending the upper part back will take care of the problem. Pewter is also very susceptible to air bubbles or what appear to be "dents" during the casting & cooling process. Air bubbles form in the mold & when they burst, there are tiny imperfections that may be visible on figurines & flute bases. This is the nature of pewter & cannot in any way be avoided or guaranteed against.
Items not normally offered on our website, but specially ordered for you, are non-returnable.
Discontinued/Limited Quantity Merchandise is a final sale. We cannot accept these items for return since they are immediately deleted from our inventory. All are first quality merchandise, but simply just no longer available.
Engraved or imprinted items with names and/or date cannot be accepted for return. This includes caketops, toast sets, server sets & wedding photo albums. The engraving/imprinting is permanent so be very careful as to spelling of names & correct wedding/event dates.
During the months of May. June, July, August & September, orders consisting of or including candles must be shipped by the postal service in an effort to avoid melting. Unfortunately this shipping method incurs additional ship/hand charges beyond the already high costs of UPS delivery.
No Guarantees Can Be Made Against Melting Of Candles Shipped During This Time
How to Return An Item
Any non-custom made-to-order, engraved, imprinted, special order or discontinued item is accepted for return within 15 days of receipt. All merchandise & original packaging must be in included and in perfect condition. If packing, outer package or merchandise is damaged, no refund can be issued. We must receive item is perfect condition.
If upon receipt of returned merchandise, we find that merchandise & packaging is not in salable condition, then a refund cannot be issued. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund in the same method used to pay for the order.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund, and possibly 30 days for your bank to apply this credit to your credit card.
Returns must be repacked with the same care they arrived in to prevent damage while in transit. Parcels should be fully insured for the total amount being returned to protect you against loss or damage while in transit. UPS offers automatic $100 insurance on any parcel....USPS requires insurance to be purchased separately. We cannot issue a refund for items damaged in shipping due to incorrect packaging.
